Human Resources Development Program

This two-year rotational program has four 6-month rotations where the final rotation generally leads to an open generalist position for qualified candidates. The goal of this program is to develop and retain excellently prepared, diverse and high-performing early career generalists with the potential to reach HR manager-level within five years of graduating from the program.

Requirements
Eligible candidates will have:

  • a master's degree during the current school year, scheduled to graduate in winter or spring.
  • strong academic achievement in HR, communications and/or business-related classes.
  • demonstrated leadership in student, community or professional organizations.
  • an understanding of how to analyze, assess and provide innovative solutions to broad, complex business and/or behavioral issues.
  • the ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels of the organization to accomplish objectives.
  • the ability to align stakeholders, manage expectations, meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • the ability to handle situations of uncertainty, such as organizational change and new assignments, with patience, professionalism and flexibility.

Rotations
Primary areas of rotational opportunities include:

  • Cross-functional and Internationally-focused experiences
  • Specialist roles: Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Benefits and Compensation
  • Generalist roles: U.S. Pharmaceuticals, Global Marketing, Research & Development, Technical Operations or Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Communications, etc.)
