Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the company’s highest-level decision-making body. It meets on an as-needed basis to address the company’s most critical strategic issues in pursuit of our vision as a next-generation BioPharma leader. The Executive Committee also draws on the advice of the Management Council as well as other corporate staff leaders.
