Mr. Campbell, age 63, was the Non-Executive Chairman of Textron Inc. a multi-industry company serving the aircraft, industrial products and components and financial industries from December 2009 until September 2010. Mr. Campbell served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Textron from February 1999 until his retirement as Chief Executive Officer in December 2009. Mr. Campbell is a member of The Business Council.
